All parcels weighing "less than 1 kg" are automatically shipped Regular USA Air1. Tracking Numbers and Insurance Coverage are not available for regular air shipping. Please see rate scale below.

All parcels weighing "more than 1 kg" are automatically shipped Expedited USA2. Expedited USA is NOT a faster shipping service; however it does supply a Tracking Number and the option of Insurance Coverage4. Parcels of most weight classes may be shipped Expedited USA. Please see rate scale below. If you would like us to use this option, please request Expedited USA in the COMMENT BOX on the bottom of the Order Form.

FASTER SHIPPING OPTION: XpressPost USA3 may be requested. Parcels of most weight classes may be shipped XpressPost USA. This shipping method supplies a Tracking Number and the option of Insurance Coverage. Please select this option by requesting XpressPost USA in the COMMENT BOX on the bottom of the Order Form.

Returns are only accepted on regular price items. Liquidation and sale price items are a final sale.

All returns and exchanges must be Email authorized by our Sales Department, and returned within 30 days in unopened re-saleable condition. Parcels must be returned via your local Postal Service. Courier returns are NOT accepted.

Credit refunds will be applied to the original purchasing Credit Card once the returned product has been received by our company. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
